Cosplay Meet Up Policy

• Badge Requirement: All participants and organizers must hold a valid badge for the day of the meetup.

• Cosplay & Props: Please adhere to the Game & Geek Expo Cosplay Policy when attending these gatherings.

• Content: Activities, language must remain all-ages appropriate; 18+, explicit, or violent themes are strictly prohibited.

• Conduct: Please adhere to the Game & Geek Expo’s Code of Conduct when participating in these gatherings. 

• Cosplay is Not Consent: Unwanted physical contact, harassment, or taking photos/videos without explicit permission is not allowed. 

• Venue Care: Be respectful to the space around you. Plain and simple. 

• Traffic Flow: Gatherings must stay within designated photo boundaries to keep main hallways and entryways open. 

• Timeliness: Groups should arrive close to their start time and fully vacate the photo area promptly when their slot ends to let the next group begin.

• Personal Belongings: Convention staff and meetup hosts are not responsible for lost or stolen items; attendees should secure their gear or assign a friend to watch it.
